Employee Development

Employee development is continuous at Harris & Associates. To foster the goals and overall development of our employees, we have an annual program in which employees create employee development plans (EDPs). The EDP lists skills or competencies that employees would like to focus on. The EDP also lists goals of the employees related to these focus areas. Managers and employees work together to provide continuous feedback to one another throughout the year.

Harris Mentoring Program

Our Mentoring Program is a structured 9-month developmental program that pairs mentees seeking career enhancement with experienced mentors who possess expertise and demonstrate the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others. Each mentor and mentee pair achieves their mentoring program goals differently – in the way that best suits the pair. The program facilitates the participation of mentors and mentees and enables them to explore the great opportunities created when two individuals connect.
