Our Hybrid Work Plan offers workplace flexibility to support employee well-being.
At Harris, we support workplace flexibility as part of our Hybrid Work Plan (HWP) where employees, depending upon their role, can choose the way they work best. Our HWP is an approved, regularly scheduled work plan that, for the convenience of the employee, allows employees to perform work at an approved alternative worksite such as the employee's home. We want to accommodate flexibility where we can, while meeting the needs of the business in support of our Shared Values. Throughout the recruiting process, you can discuss flexibility with your recruiter and hiring manager to understand the degree of workplace flexibility for your role.
We currently offer three work arrangement options for employees:
Office - Employee works 40% or more of their work schedule in a Harris office.
Hybrid - Employee works more than 60% of their work schedule from home located near a Harris office (considered within a normal commuting distance for the geographic area).
Remote: Non-Local - Employee works from a remote location that is not close to a Harris office (beyond a normal commuting distance for the geographic area).
