Firmwide & Individual Recognition

Harris also received firmwide recognition as Construction Management (CM) Firm of the Year by CMAA San Diego Chapter and Harris' Patrick Dobbins, PE, QSD/P was named the 2017 Person of the Year by the Monterey Bay Chapter of APWA.
