Harris & Associates announced the opening of a new Sacramento office to better serve its consulting, planning, design, and construction clients in the greater Sacramento metropolitan area. The office—Harris’ 11th—will serve public, private, and institutional clients in the region across the water, municipal, transportation, and education markets.
