For the third year in a row, the Orange County Register has recognized Harris & Associates as a Top Workplace for 2024. The Register uses anonymous employee feedback when selecting local companies for the distinction.

Harris was also named a Top Workplace in San Diego for the seventh consecutive year. Top Workplace honors go to firms that tend to attract higher quality talent and experience lower turnover rates and better financial results.

Energage, a Pennsylvania-based software firm, collects survey data for the Register. Employees offer input on multiple cultural aspects of their workplaces, including alignment, execution, and connection, which rank among the most important for an organization’s success and employee satisfaction.
