This July, Harris & Associates (Harris) appointed a firmwide Vice President to accelerate business growth and further enhance partnerships with clients and communities. True to Harris Shared Value to “Invest in Our People,” the firm promoted from within to fill the newly created leadership position.

Frank Lopez now serves as Harris Vice President of Business Development for Northern California and the Central Coast Regions. Frank will focus on water, municipal, and transportation markets for the firm’s Program Management/Construction Management and Engineering division. Frank has over 20 years of experience in project management and civil design. He has led several functions at Harris, most recently serving as Vice President of Engineering. In his new role, Frank will nurture existing and new client relationships while exploring future opportunities to advance Harris’ strategic initiatives.
