This August, Harris & Associates appointed a firmwide Vice President to accelerate our engineering service portfolio and strengthen our communities. True to Harris & Associates’ Shared Values, “Invest in Our People,” the firm promoted from within to fill the leadership position.

Marcus Fuller assumed the Vice President of Engineering role, after Frank Lopez transitioned to a firmwide VP of Business Development the month prior. Marcus brings a unique professional experience with a nearly 30-year background in public works and engineering in the public sector. A licensed and practicing civil engineer, Marcus’s expertise extends across civil projects, facility projects, municipal utility work and public works leadership.

“Marcus’ extensive civil engineering background and his proven leadership in public works will enable him to build on the positive momentum generated by our Engineering Team—further advancing us towards our Purpose and Vision,” said Michelle White, CEO.

Among other core business imperatives, Marcus will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of the firm’s engineering initiatives. “It’s incredibly rewarding to oversee our firm’s project delivery that increases both profitability and client satisfaction,” said Marcus.
