Marissa Baclig

Marissa Baclig has excelled in both management and technical roles since joining Harris as a design administrator in 2006. Specializing in pavement management systems, including StreetSaver® Version 9.0, Marissa is a Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC)-certified pavement inspector with over 2,500 miles of California streets under her belt. She’s performed comprehensive pavement condition surveys, data entry, and budget analysis for numerous agencies, ensuring they have the insights needed to maintain their infrastructure.

Her meticulous approach to pavement treatments consistently delivers cost-effective solutions tailored to each municipality's budget, making her an indispensable asset to Harris’ clients. Marissa's strength in generating accurate pavement databases and problem-solving has greatly enhanced the firm’s ability to support public agencies with precise asset management.

Outside of work, Marissa stays energized through running, cooking, and attending live concerts, but most importantly, she values spending quality time with her family.
