A land use planning specialist and proven project leader, Delanie partners with Harris clients to develop and execute plans that maximize benefits for communities and their residents while minimizing environmental impacts. In the course of her career, she has successfully guided teams through significant changes related to new zoning codes, entitlement processes, protocols, and more.  

Delanie’s planning expertise also extends to helping agencies achieve and maintain compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
