Adam Marston, LEED GA

Adam Marston’s career in municipal and district planning spans nearly 10 years, seven of which have been with Harris. He brings a wealth of experience in preparing finance and implementation plans and a focus on delivering on the collective vision of the communities he serves.

A LEED Green Associate, Adam specializes in program management, Community Facilities District (CFD) improvement acquisition, and development impact fees, with the goal of building long-lasting connections between communities and agencies. Adam began his career with the City of Santa Maria and has also worked as a project manager, senior manager, and analyst.
