Joseph Sidor brings over 18 years of experience in community development and environmental planning, with expertise in CEQA compliance, land use permitting, and development review. He provides planning support services for cities and counties, assisting with General Plan and Local Coastal Program amendments, ordinance amendments, environmental documents, and planning entitlements.

Joseph previously spent 14 years as a senior planner for the County of Monterey, where he led major planning efforts, including airport land use compatibility plans, wildfire response projects, and environmental impact reports for large-scale developments. His ability to navigate complex regulations and effectively communicate key findings makes him a trusted advisor in planning and compliance.
