Bio
Steve Lindsay brings over 30 years of experience in construction management (CM) and engineering, primarily working with the City of San Diego. As a hands-on leader, Steve has managed teams of up to 30 resident engineers and overseen the construction of significant water and wastewater infrastructure projects, contributing to the success of public and private clients including multi-faceted capital improvement programs.
Throughout his career, Steve has successfully directed CM teams for high-profile projects, including the $420 million Pure Water Conveyance Pipeline, Phase 1 Program. In this role, he supervised the installation of 29.7 miles of pipeline and a 30 million gallons per day (MGD) lift station, demonstrating his ability to manage complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
What sets Steve apart is his deep expertise across a range of project types, such as pipeline rehabilitation and replacement, pump stations, trunk sewers, oxygenation systems, and tunneling. His commitment to delivering results, combined with his collaborative leadership style, has earned him a reputation for driving successful project outcomes.
Steve is a licensed engineer in California, aligning his technical knowledge and leadership with the needs of agencies across the state. His extensive background in public infrastructure makes him particularly suited for construction management services that require both expertise and the ability to lead large teams. He leverages this experience on each of his projects, bringing his hands-on approach and ability to lead to deliver impactful results.
