Advancing Pavement Asset Management in Public Works with AI

Pavement infrastructure is another critical asset for our Municipal clients, accounting for significant portions of both capital and maintenance budgets. At the City of Watsonville, a city with over 52,000 residents and 6.8 square miles of infrastructure, the city is facing increasing pressure to maintain aging infrastructure effectively. Recognizing this challenge, the city partnered with Harris and CYVL.AI to explore how AI could optimize pavement management, improve decision-making, and reduce costs through a pilot case study.
